I get this crash as well, but only when it's running as a panel applet. When I run it as an application-- launched with mono --debug /usr/lib/tomboy/Tomboy.exe with icon in the information area instead of the panel-- the crash does not occur. Confirming this crash. Happens when selecting Search All Notes from panel icon, or Search from an individual note. I get the same backtrace as Frank. Janne, just fyi, because of this bug Tomboy 1.0 also introduces a change that redirects all output from Tomboy (when run as a panel applet) to a separate log file called tomboy-panel.log.
