Public bug reported: On Karmic amd64 (last upgraded a few hours ago):
Trying to load the modules crash, with traceback ending with: File "/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/PyQt4/Qwt5/__init__.py", line 32, in <module> from Qwt import * ImportError: /usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/PyQt4/Qwt5/Qwt.so: undefined symbol: _ZN13QwtLegendItem17setIdentfierWidthEi Debian package from unstable 5.1.1~cvs20090626+dfsg-1 should have fixed this bug (as stated in #393515 ), but it seems something wrong still occurs. Note that the same problem occur using Python 2.5 on my karmic machine.
