Repro:
1. Start IBus Preferences
2. It will ask to start some daemons, so ok
3. Input method tab
4. Click on Select Input method drop down list
Result: drop down list will get 100% of screen height. First item is at its
place, while all the space above is empty. If you scroll down, and then back
up, it will get right.
However, I wanted to post a screenshot of this, but it is not possible while
IBus is on, so that is yet another bug. When I close IBus, prinscreen works
once again.
