Binary package hint: system-config-printer
I tried getting my Canon LBP3010 printer to work, to no avail. The
standard drivers provided with Ubuntu do list the printer at all
(although it a new printer is detected), and the drivers supplied by
Canon do not work on Ubuntu Karmic. No errors were displayed but nothing
prints, and no activity from the printer.
