The same thing happens to me. I'm using Ubuntu 7.10 and GNOME Sudoku 2.20.0.1. I've attached a screenshot. It happened a few times before in this game. Only with number 3 I think. After changing the number the highlight disappears. When entering the correct number again it is not highlighted anymore. This is strange. As you can see in my previous screenshot, the right column has only one field left. This can only be a 4.
