Ok problem solved I id exactly as jake wrote. with some changes. 1. Go to the 'Account' tab in UbuntuOne web interface. 2. Click 'View the machines connected to this account'. 3. Select EVERY entry for the machine that is being repeatedly connected. 4. Click 'Remove selected computers'. 5. Purged ubuntuone by sudo aptitude purge ubuntuone-client-gnome 6. Because /home/***/.config/ubuntuone folder was still on my computer i deleted it to remove any configuration of ubuntuone off my computer 7. Add the machine to UbuntuOne agan. On one.ubuntu website -- accounts i add my computer again following the instalations instructions and installed ubuntu one again. Then Add my computer to my account. I had this same bug and it seems to be fixed now. Here is what I did: 1. Used Update Manager to get the UbuntuOne client update. 2. After rebooting and being asked to add my computer again I added the computer again. 3. Go to the 'Account' tab in UbuntuOne web interface. 4. Click 'View the machines connected to this account'. 5. Select EVERY entry for the machine that is being repeatedly connected. 6. Click 'Remove selected computers'. 7. Reboot. 8. Add the machine to UbuntuOne again when prompted. After doing this it seems to be fixed. AnimusVirtus: the logs show that there's a problem with your .conf file. Follow the instructions from my comment #2, but put the lines in the .conf file without blank spaces at front, like... [__main__] log_level = DEBUG ...and try again. Something bad happened in the server, and we got an INTERNAL ERROR that we couldn't handle (I'm leaving this error open just because we should handle that error in the client). That should be transient for you, so it should work now. If still experiencing similar issues, we would need DEBUG logs from your machine to find the issue here. You should do the following: 1. stop the syncdaemon client and be sure it's fully stopped (ps -eaf | grep ubuntuone-client should give you nothing). 2. put a file named syncdaemon.conf in your $HOME/.config/ubuntuone directory with the following information: [__main__] log_level = DEBUG 3. restart the client. 4. attach here the logs, just zip you $HOME/.cache/ubuntuone/log/ folder and attach the zip here.
