Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: moreutils

ts is one of the commands in moreutils for "timestamp input". The man
page says:

If the -r switch is passed, it instead converts existing timestamps in the
input to relative times, such as "15m5s ago". Many common timestamp
       formats are supported. Note that the Time::Duration and Date::Parse perl
modules are required for this mode to work.

However if you use the "-r" option, you get the following error message:

$ echo test | ts -r
Can't locate Time/Duration.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl
/usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.0 /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.0 /usr/lib/perl5
/usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.10 /usr/share/perl/5.10
/usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at (eval 1) line 3.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at (eval 1) line 3.

If ts depends on extra perl modules to work, then moreutils should depend on it
