Also happens on my AMD64 machine running 10.04. ia32-libs had already been installed for the flash player, and I was trying to download the AMD64 client anyway. Origami won't let me try to change to i386 or smp clients, complaining that things are already installed. I installed ia32-libs and this went away, with out me having to restart, log out/in, or any of that.
