Iain Farrell, also thanks for supplying a file, but yours is also of PDF format, what I need to update the test pages is an EPS file. If you do not have the software to generate EPS files you could supply as an alternative complete test pages in PDF format. There should be at least test pages for A4 and Letter format. I have tried to convert your file, at first to PostScript using the pdftops utility of Poppler and then ps2epsi of Ghostscript, but the resulting file, inserted at the correct place in the test page, does not show in the test page. So please provide me a real EPS file or modified or new test pages. Closing for ghostscript and cups, the outdated logo is in the /usr/share /system-config-printer/testpage*.ps files which come as part of the system-config-printer package. Leaving also the ubuntu-artwork task open, as the actual fix needs to be done by an artworker. I do not have the needed knowledge to fix this.
