I have a deb-src line for every deb line, and I have done apt-get update, but the Changes field remains blank (that is, there is a brief Downloading list of changes, after which the field goes blank, as described above). We only support native Ubuntu packages, but don't seem to check for the Ubuntu changelog for ISV packages of the same name. I uploaded a version that should fix this problem to dapper-updates. It is currently in the moderation queue. To workaround the problem with the changelogs, please try adding deb-src lines to your sources.list for all your regular binary deb lines.
