quassel-data installs these and other data in
usr/share/kde4/apps/quassel/.  We need to have the Qt packages provide a
symlink to usr/share/apps/quassel/ or perhaps just move them there if
that would work for the KDE packages.

  When I go to Settings-> Configure Quassel, the list of available languages is 
empty.
  I know upstream provide several language translations, why are they missed in
