Waiting for upstream to correct the issue, I have done a downgrading patch to 
3.5.2 for kwalletmanager (kdeutils).
Works like a charm here.
I'm only changing status to fix commited for that bug to be still visible 
waiting for a real fix.

Kenny : Yes, knetworkmanager, kopete and kmail are using it currently.
Kwalletmanager is launched, but I can't see the icon.
