Sorry for the long delay due to a vacation. It was both the help icon and the
help support mark under the system menu on the upper Gnome panel. I have
solved (!) this problem by reinstalling ubuntu 10.04. Thank you for your
attention

Bug description:
Binary package hint: yelp
I am a new user to ubuntu 10.04. The help icon and the help+suport menu under
the system does not work properly: It is opened when you click on it;
however, while it is trying to load the contents it fails and closes
immediately. When I retry, it opens and closes in miliseconds.
