[Bug 593267] Re: Error in ubuntu one client
Hi yoosofan. If this is still an issue for you, you may wish to use updated ubuntuone packages from the Beta PPA. Instructions for installing this Beta PPA can be found at https://answers.launchpad.net /ubuntuone-client/+faq/836. Please note that the ubunutone applet has been depreciated in these packages (and also in Ubuntu 10.04). You are able to monitor the status of ubuntuone with the use of the 'u1sdtool' terminal command. https://wiki.ubuntu.com/RomanYepishev/UbuntuOne/ClientControl will show you more information on how to use the u1sdtool command. Please advise if this has resolved your issue. [Bug 593267] Re: Error in ubuntu one client
Hi Towner My ubuntu one is working properly without any error, however I tried your suggested procedure and run ubuntu one again. It works properly, too. I should examine the situation which I discribed later. After that, I will send the results. [Bug 593267] Re: Error in ubuntu one client
Hi Towner Thanks for your useful comments. It seems that this problem is occurred when I click on the ubuntu one icon (on the panel - it likes cloud) before all services of ubuntu (or gui services) is loaded, just after login, and the light (LED) of my hard is on for a while and it shows that operating system is loading some services or do some other works. [Bug 593267] Re: Error in ubuntu one client
Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better. Examining the information you have given us, this does not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to a question in the support tracker. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems you are having in the support tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if they are bugs. For help on reporting bugs, see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs . From looking at the logs in the attached .home.ahmad..cache.ubuntuone.log.oauth.login.log.txt file, you don't have connection to the internet. ** Changed in: ubuntuone-client (Ubuntu) Status: New = Invalid ** Converted to question: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntuone-client/+question/114436 -- Error in ubuntu one client https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/593267 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 593267] Re: Error in ubuntu one client
Hi yoosofan. I am sorry to hear that Ubuntu One is not working for you. It appears that your read limit write limit are both set to 0. Even though bandwidth throttling is disabled, this will create issues with the client being unable to connect. Can you please try the following: 1. Quit the Ubuntu One client 2. Delete the file: ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf (If using Nautilus, make sure you do a Ctrl-H to view hidden files when in your home directory) 3. Start the Ubuntu One client Thanks in advance! ** Changed in: ubuntuone-client (Ubuntu) Status: Invalid = Incomplete -- Error in ubuntu one client https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/593267 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
