The main problem is actullay that the user think the add button here means to add a group for the user but not add a group for the group list. I think there is no way to avoid confusion whether we translators translate add to some words mean add or not. But do you guys have any idea to avoid that kind of confusion (no matter by design or by more clear tooltips)? simply clicking on the button will be enough to find out what the button means if needed Isn't that means it is not good enough? Is it really good for the user to click button to find out what the button means?
