I can confirm this, as it just happened to me. I am also running Ubuntu Edgy, with banshee 0.11.1 packaged version. I am sorry I didn't save the crash info for you guys, but it did say SQL logic error or missing database. However, my database is fine upon next load. Do you still have this with banshee 0.11.1-0ubuntu2 on latest edgy? Does the file ~/.gnome2/banshee/banshee.db exist? Does it work after renaming the file?
