Public bug reported:
I'd like to request permission to upload a fresh snapshot of Nova. I've
gone over the changelog and have found two things that are definitely
new features:
* Network now has its own worker. This adds a new binary: nova-network.
* User-mode-linux support.
I'm willing to argue that everything else can be counted as bug fixes.
