[Bug 63114] Human progress bar shading does not line up properly

Admitidly this is a minor bug, but it's also one that has already been
addressed by Richard Stellingwerf on the 8th of September when he
submitted a new design for the progressbar in human.

I've posted a screenshot of the current Edgy knot3 progressbar with the issue 
here:

And the updated version from Richard here:

Notice how the orange fill and the shading on the glass tube are lined
up on the updated version while they are way off on the first.  Much
nicer IMO.

Good catch. Is there a patch for this, and has it been passed to the
right maintainers?
