Well, yes. Form buttons should be rendered using Ubuntu's selected theme. Each form item (checkboxes too) on this site: http://www.w3.org/2000/07/8378/xhtml /media-types/test.xml#forms.heading should not be displayed in Win98-style. In fact, on 404 error pages displayed by browser, Try again button is displayed correctly.
