Public bug reported:

It was a fresh install in a Gateway notebook EC19 with a core i3
processor. After installation everething worked fine besides wifi, this
was corrected replacing networkmanager with WICD (the driver was ok).
After that i tried to install skype 2.1, video worked audio worked but
microfone didn't, tried to replace inside skype de audio system but the
only one available was pulse audio, a search in the forum conducted me
to permissions of user and groups "use audio devices" and "use video
devices" were not marked, after mark this items and reboot the system
there is no audio at all in the system and a kernel crash show up.
