From the option menu select set up the OS from TEXT mode. Then follow the directions and let the setup process decide the partition, do not try to use advance set up or try to allocate the partition yourself. thanks, yes i would. If can access the web from the liveCD (which i didn't try yet),,,or transfer those files somehow on my windows filesystem.
