So you get no update-manager main window (with the available updates etc)? But you do get the message could not send the dbus Inhibit signal? Yesterday I couldn't get update-manager main window (with the available updates etc). But today it's OK. All I did today is unCommented string in sources.list deb http://people.ubuntu.com/~pitti/langpacks/daily/edgy./; This is source of daily langpacks. The same for application sources. But I get password request, write right password and get nothing!
