Tommy_CZ, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. This bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If so, could you please provide the information following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspendHibernateResume ? As well, can you try with the latest development release of Ubuntu? ISO CD images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/ . However, note you can only test Suspend, not Hibernate, when using a LiveCD. If the issue remains, run the following command in the development release from a Terminal (Applications-Accessories-Terminal) as it will automatically gather and attach updated debug information to this report. apport-collect -p linux BUGNUMBER Additionally, if you could try to reproduce this with the upstream mainline kernel that would be great. It will allow additional upstream developers to examine the issue. Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . noirq wasn't a choice, I even haven't boot with it. But it worked without it and WITH proprietal drivers, but battery recongition hadn't been working without and with prop. drivers, so... There is a kernel patch available to make the battery status working on AO251. With acpi=noirq status changes (battery - powersupply and vice versa) are not propagated to the system. Only after suspend/resume the new status is recognized. for me workaround doesn't work, with it it doesn't even go to sleep (before that it just didn't wake-up), should I create new file 00s2ram or just edit existing file 00s2ram.swp?
