For Micro-Star MS-7253 systems, this should be fixed by: http://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=841137170961 http://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=a97f4f5e524b which appeared upstream in v3.3. "pci=use_crs" is a workaround but not a fix.
