[Bug 663717] Re: Nautilus forget his favorite-names after logout
still exist on 11.10; unity-2D After restart of computer all bookmarks made into nautilus for smb shares are named just smb I have 15 bookmarks and is not funny at all. If you just click on smb named bookmark will be back with the initial name. Work around for me is to rename differently the bookmarks but the downside is - if you want to unmount the samba share (mounted from the bookmark) the nautilus will crash. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/663717 Title: Nautilus forget his favorite-names after logout To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/663717/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 663717] Re: Nautilus forget his favorite-names after logout
This Bug still exist in Ubuntu Natty 11.04. You can try it by yourself: Go to a samba-share in your network and add it to your favorites in nautilus, you can see the name of the share in the left sidebar. Reboot your system and now on the left sidebar you can see SMB instead of the name of the share. Can someone confirm this behavior? Is this in Lucid too ? ** Changed in: nautilus (Ubuntu) Status: Expired = New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/663717 Title: Nautilus forget his favorite-names after logout To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/663717/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
