Looks like calendar/libical/zoneinfo/America/Sao_Paulo.ics is wrong
about when summer time starts which creates the issue. There is also a
tzdata error fixed the new package available from Debian

Jeff, if you mark as duplicated what happens to the evolution-data-
server task? Unduplicating for now because of it
