Version 0.53.3-5ubuntu1 in Feisty works as described in the initial bug report. I'm reopening this based on futher testing. The init scripts no longer do 'nothing', but will not suucessfully restart unless called with their full path. I just verified this works correctly with version 0.53.3-3ubuntu1 in Feisty. Since the init scripts were changed for that version, I'm marking fix released. There's a new version of Courier for Feisty. I did some work on the init scripts for that version.
