Public bug reported: Hi
I hope this is the right procedure for re-opening a bug report as I have already filed one on this in Lucid here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/569407 I was asked to re-open the bug report if I experienced this problem in the next release - which I did. Now I am testing Natty and I notice that the issue remains. Basically, if I put in my SD card, Ubuntu recognizes it instantly and asks me if I want to open it with Shotwell. However, if I remove the device and then put it back in, nothing happens: no icon appears on the desktop, and no dialogue box asking me what I want to do with the device appears either.
