[Bug 70679] Re: Closing BoaConstructor

2007-02-10 Thread Matthias Klose
look at the stacktrace; the crash is inside the wx libraries. install
the debugging symbols for python-wxgtk2.6 and for its dependencies.

** Changed in: python-defaults (Ubuntu)
Sourcepackagename: python-defaults => wxwidgets2.6

[Bug 70679] Re: Closing BoaConstructor

2007-02-10 Thread Richard Wilbur
Used "File" menu "Exit" option to leave Boa Constructor. I am attaching
the smaller crash report file (/tmp/_usr_bin_python.C2y-qI.crash, 45KB).
If anyone wants the complete report
(/var/crash/_usr_bin_python.1000.crash, 11.8MB) let me know and I'll be
happy to oblige.

I've tried to install all the relevant "dbg" symbol libraries because I
see this bug from time to time but I still see some calls in the stack
trace that say "No symbol table info available." Let me know if you
have a need for more debugging info and an idea how I can get it.

Running Ubuntu Edgy fully updated on PPC G4.

[Bug 70679] Re: Closing BoaConstructor

2006-12-12 Thread Joseph Wolff
I was only closing a tab, and the whole Boa environment disappeared. I
was debugging Zope at the time, with the documented external methods.

On Edgy, with all curent updates. Here's teh Zope & Py versions:
 Zope Version (Zope 2.9.5-final, python 2.4.4, linux2)
Python Version 2.4.4c1 (#2, Oct 11 2006, 21:51:02) [GCC 4.1.2 20060928
(prerelease) (Ubuntu 4.1.1-13ubuntu5)
