What is the problem here? Is that the menu is not easily visible? That it is not easily visible, you see 4 disabled buttons and you expect having 5th one Add in the same place. Not in the menu, which is hidden by default under unity due to how unity's single menubar on top of the screen works. I was having the same problem. I think there is a serious usability problem here. Just to make it clear, you have to open the Accounts window. I can confirm the issue in 12.04 LTS. All buttons in the accounts dialog are disabled. There's no way in fact to add SIP account what makes ekiga completely useless.
