better.
I just checked to see whether this issue is still present, and the manpages in
lvm2 2.02.95-4ubuntu1 on Ubuntu 12.10 contains the following section:
-r, --resizefs
Resize underlying filesystem together with the logical volume
using fsadm(8).
Thus, I am closing it because the bug has been fixed. However this
section is still missing in Ubuntu 12.04 and older releases, so if you
need a fix for the bug in previous versions of Ubuntu, please do steps 1
and 2 of the SRU Procedure [1] to bring the need to a developer's
attention.
