[Bug 74625] Re: AbiWord's help should be in Office, not Programming

2007-11-18 Thread Pradeep Varadarajan
When I search for 'abiword' in System - Help and support, I don't any
see help for abiword.

Also I get this error when installing abiword-help:

Setting up abiword-help (2.4.6-2ubuntu2) ...
/var/lib/scrollkeeper/C/scrollkeeper_extended_cl.xml:4994: parser error : Extra
content at the end of the document
=synaptic-gplGNU General Public License
^
/var/lib/scrollkeeper/C/scrollkeeper_extended_cl.xml:4994: parser error : Extra
content at the end of the document

which I've raised as a new bug:

[Bug 74625] Re: AbiWord's help should be in Office, not Programming

2007-11-18 Thread Matthew Paul Thomas
This bug is not relevant in Ubuntu 7.04 and later, because there is no
longer an Applications category in Ubuntu Help. It is still relevant
in Ubuntu 6.06, which is still supported.

Who is supposed to fix it? It's been open for an year now. Shall we wait
till Dapper is no longer supported and mark this invalid?

[Bug 74625] Re: AbiWord's help should be in Office, not Programming

2007-01-16 Thread Ryan Pavlik
The office category is where AbiWord itself shows up, as well as
OpenOffice.org, evolution, Gnumeric, etc. This is a packaging error: an
incorrect Desktop file in the help package.
