Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 6.10

1. Install "gnumeric" but not "gnumeric-doc".
2. Open Gnumeric, and choose "Help" -> "Contents".

What happens:
* "An unknown error occured"
* "The default action does not support this protocol."

What's wrong with this:
* The error is unknown.
* That's an incorrect spelling of "occurred".
* What default action?
* What protocol?

What should happen:
* Ideally: "Gnumeric Help is not available, because it is not installed. Would
you like to install it now? ( Cancel ) ( Install... )"
* Minimally: "Gnumeric Help is not available, because the package
“gnumeric-doc” is not installed."

** Affects: gnumeric (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
