Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kdeadmin
after setting up a network printer via ipp. everything worked fine. But when I decided to setup another printer I get this error dialog box http://i.imgur.com/XYyub.png the printer configuration tool has stopped working ever since. when I try starting it from terminal I get this error system-config-printer-kde Error: "/var/tmp/kdecache-bigbrovar" is owned by uid 1000 instead of uid 0.
