Binary package hint: kdeadmin

 after setting up a network printer via ipp. everything worked fine. But when I 
decided to setup another printer I get this error dialog box

ever since. when I try starting it from terminal I get this error

kcmshell(2015)/kcontrol KCModuleLoader::loadModule: This module has no valid 
entry symbol at all. The reason could be that it's still using 
K_EXPORT_COMPONENT_FACTORY with a custom X-KDE-FactoryName which is not 
supported anymore
