After acquiring full backtrace for my crash I understood, that it is not
related to this bug.
#794895 is now open for my case.

I have been experiencing this as well. For me, it was sometimes random,
but it always occurred when I loaded up Calibre and tried to click on an
ebook.

Taking nsanz.cl's advice, I disabled some effects. Calibre no longer
crashes X immediately every time (it used to).

Feel free to reply if there is any more information I can give. I don't
know how to use apport and when I try typing apport into a terminal I
get apport: command not found.

Thanks

2011-05-11 Thread Juliano Jeziorny
Hi

I'm also having random X crashes since update to 11.04.

System is a dell laptop with intel mobile 4 graphic card running e16 (no

Let me know if I can provide any helpful information.

Cheers
Kadu

Same story, different desktops (16bit PacBell and 16bit Lenovo both
running Unity 2D as fallback recommended for old machines).
