I am on Linux Mint 19.1 (based on Ubuntu 18.04). Installing brasero-cdrkit did not work, and after additionally installing flac the behavior changed into a freeze after the burn is started. Same problem, 18.04 with an external USB burner. Sorry to said that the thread isn't already solved unbuntu 18.04 Today, I've set up the rhythmbox player to have the ability to burn audio cd and before the burning, the Cd was ejected all times. with rhythmbox or inside brasero for audio projects. no, the brasero-cdrkit does not fix this issue. I'm on Ubuntu 13.10, brasero and brasero-cdrkit are installed both.
