[Bug 78438] Re: Can't enter -rhoAcw as text in a cell
Thank you for taking the time to file this bug report. I can confirm this bug. If I copy/paste that line or any line that starts with a '-' it works fine. If I type it in manually I cannot get it to stay without showing #NAME?. It seems when there is a dash at the beginning of a cell it expects an equation and there doesn't seem to be a way around it, it doesn't behave the same in the vanilla version of OOo (according to upstream). A workaround for now would be to type any lines that begin with '-' in OOo writer then copy it and paste it in the cell you want. ** Changed in: openoffice.org (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided = Medium Status: Unconfirmed = Confirmed -- Can't enter -rhoAcw as text in a cell https://launchpad.net/bugs/78438 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
