Please sync xdelta 1.1.3-7 (universe) from Debian (main).
Outstanding Ubuntu Changes:
* Applied patch from Debian bug #212677 to fix xdelta.m4
- Included in latest Debian upload.
* Modified Maintainer values to match Debian-Maintainer-Field spec
- Should not be done for this maintainer (see pkgmaintainermangler
exceptions).
Debian changes for the new version:
xdelta (1.1.3-7) unstable; urgency=low
* Acknowledge NMU. Closes: #297844
* Updates for standards version 3.7.2.0
* Deltas generated on i386 don't apply on 64-bit machines. Closes: #147187
* xdelta.m4 love. Closes: #212677
