[Bug 807129] Re: ClockScreenlet.py crashed with GError in load_buttons(): Icon 'gtk-close' not present in theme
For FEDORA users, the appropriate package to install is following : gnome-icon-theme-legacy.noarch So a simple : su -c yum install gnome-icon-theme-legacy.noarch will do the job! [Bug 807129] Re: ClockScreenlet.py crashed with GError in load_buttons(): Icon 'gtk-close' not present in theme
I has the Bug #967347, and whit the install of this package it works perfectly, not more crash, so I confirmed the solution in my case. sudo apt-get install gnome-icon-theme-full -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/807129 Title: ClockScreenlet.py crashed with GError in load_buttons(): Icon 'gtk- close' not present in theme To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indiv-screenlets/+bug/807129/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 807129] Re: ClockScreenlet.py crashed with GError in load_buttons(): Icon 'gtk-close' not present in theme
For me, the bug's root cause is that the screenlet(s) are looking for gtk-close.png which wasn't installed in 12.04 by default. I added gnome-icon-theme-full from the repositories, which includes gtk- close.png, and the issue has not come back. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/807129 Title: ClockScreenlet.py crashed with GError in load_buttons(): Icon 'gtk- close' not present in theme To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indiv-screenlets/+bug/807129/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 807129] Re: ClockScreenlet.py crashed with GError in load_buttons(): Icon 'gtk-close' not present in theme
Fresh install of 12.04 (32-bit) - I have the same error message when I start up my computer and the Sysmonitor in the screenlets starts. I cannot use any more screenlets than one, because otherwise, I get the message for every.other.screenlet, which is kinda annoying, imho.
