Clarification: Shift-Alt-Tab does nothing. you could check in ccsm if static window switcher plugin is enabled in ccsm. Yes, Under Window Management the only one that is enabled is Static Application Switcher. Shouldn't the New Unity Switcher be appearing there in the list? (Nb.
