I'm using TwinView on Oneiric final, and it seems to happen to me all the time on the primary monitor. The indicators work sometimes, but most of the time they don't. I'm having the same issue, I made a video to illustrate the problem. However gtk recordmydesktop was giving me a hard time recording both of my screens so there are some corruptions, most noticeable the fact that only the left upper side of the menus show. However it does show the problem. On the left monitor the menus behave very unpredictable, sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Mostly, after the click, the menu just pops up and immediately disappear again. I have also hit this in unity-2d, although it seems to be harder to reproduce it in unity-2d. If you click around the indicators on the main screen a few times in unity-2d it starts working normally again. Confirming this after the latest updates.
