Public bug reported:
When clicking on either an AppMenu item or an indicator icon the menu
will open briefly then disapear. The only way to get the menu to remain
open is to keep the left mouse button pressed and move the cursor on to
the open menu before releasing the button. This only seems to happen on
the right-hand screen when a second monitor is attached.
I am running an updated copy of oneiric beta 2.
