[Bug 874365] Re: Desktop is zoomed in right after login. It looks like the resolution drops and I'm able to see one fourth of the desktop at a time. View area moves with mouse.
I can confirm this bug as well. The settings seems to be default since I experienced it after a fresh installation of Trusty. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/874365 Title: Desktop is zoomed in right after login. This bug also game me issues after I upgraded. I don't think it's an invalid bug. Something is setting the zoom by default and should be looked into. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/874365 Title: Desktop is zoomed in right after login. Just want to share this same bug effected me on a new install on a Lenovo T60p. Yes, it was switched on. After switching it off the desktop works as expected. Having it on by default after installing gnome-shell package seems to be a little weird. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/874365 Title: Desktop is zoomed in right after login. No, zoom isn't on by default. An alternative way to activate zoom is by clicking the accessibility icon in the top bar (the one that looks like a man in a circle).
