First of all, be sure that your system is full upgraded. Next, wait for the screensaver and repeat your problem. Yes this is still happening. When the screensaver is set to come on automatically, a blank screen appears and there is no requirement to login when you move the mouse / press a key, it just goes back to the desktop. If you 'Lock Screen', then it works fine. Perhaps this is something to do with the ACPI? Or maybe the nvidia-glx driver on the SLI cards? If you click on 'Lock Session', then the screensaver loads up fine.
