This crash affects all apps using libavformat in Oneiric.

Though it doesn't affect neither previous release of Ubuntu (Natty) nor
current development release (Precise -- libavformat53 0.8-1ubuntu2).

According to the metadata, this FLV file should have an audio track, but
really it doesn't.

This incorrect metadata seems to be generated by a buggy FLV tagging
utility called something like "flvtool++ (Facebook, Motion project,
dweatherford)".
