I guess that's because the bot doesn't reply to our disco query so probably a
GTalk bug. I still open this bug to double check with XMPP experts and so we
have a better place to discuss it.

Which caps is that? Don't know if it's related but Gabble claims that
Android contacts connected using the official gtalk client don't support
A/V either.
