[Bug 916982] Re: Missing in unity dash
As of version 0.90, it's shown in in g-c-c and in the dash. This bug is fixed for at least Quantal. I fixed this via alacarte, found its launcher under System Tools -> Preferences. Even when it was in g-c-c you had to launch it from another application (g-c-c) , even then you didn't know the name of the application you were using. Raffaele, thanks for the feedback. An alpha-2 installation on pc displayed software-properties in dash. As workaround on laptop I've edited the .desktop file entry 'NoDisplay=false'.
