Step To Reproduce
1. user press Window key to launch search bar of unity dashboard
2. user press Ctrl+Space to active ibus
3 user start to type Chinese
Except Result:
1. user can user iBus to input Chinese
Actault Result:
iBus can not be active when user press Ctrl+Space in search bar o unity
dashboard
