[Bug 960595] [NEW] FFe for python3 scipy packages

Public bug reported:

now that we have python3 numpy packages the way is also open for scipy3.
I forwarded a patch to debian which adds the packages.
The python2 packages are untouched so the risk of regressions is low.

Assuming the ffe gets granted, until when should I wait for a review by
the maintainers before adding it to the packages in ubuntu only?

Assuming the FFe gets granted, you shouldn't.  Please see what you can do to 
get a review.  This should go into Debian soon too.
