[Bug 96925] Re: latest 915resolution doesn't detect 1400*1050 screen mode
Solved! Tried today with an up-to-date 915resolution and it works! It detected the correct settings and, after editing /etc/defaults/915resolution I can work with 1400x1050, 32 bpp now. . -- latest 915resolution doesn't detect 1400*1050 screen mode https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/96925 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 96925] Re: latest 915resolution doesn't detect 1400*1050 screen mode
I have a Toshiba M400 which has the same issue. I can use 915resolution to set mode 34 to 1400 x 1050 @ 24 bpp, but x always starts in 640x480 ** Changed in: 915resolution (Ubuntu) Status: Unconfirmed => Confirmed -- latest 915resolution doesn't detect 1400*1050 screen mode https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/96925 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 96925] Re: latest 915resolution doesn't detect 1400*1050 screen mode
I've got also a HP Compaq NC6120. The 915resolution command functions like in EdgyEft. The mode is listed : 1400 x 1050. Maybe is there an installation problem ? -- latest 915resolution doesn't detect 1400*1050 screen mode https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/96925 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
